SEO Strategy Manager

Salary: Competitive Salary offered + KPI bonus + Company Performance Bonus + Incentives.

Location:Hybrid working with Client and Office visits when necessary.

Contract type:Permanent 3 + days a week.

Job Purpose: Support the media sales team, through managing and organising client projects, increasing website traffic and visibility, providing digital campaigns, and strategic planning.

A bit about us:We have been generating enquiries for local businesses for the past 42 years. We are still a family business with a team of 19 based in South Bristol. We predominately work with companies based in the South-West & South Wales. Business owners make up 90% of our customers, service businesses being our primary clients.

Summary of Job Accountabilities: 

  1. Manage monthly budgets to make decisions based on data to improve performance 
  2. Create & deliver successful paid, organic, search, SEO and websites for our customers 
  3. Manage partners with regards to SLA’s, contracts and develop ongoing relationships  
  4. Lead and manage a small team to solve problems and manage client expectations.  
  5. Constantly analyse campaigns to meet KPI goals and provide reporting and support 

Essential Criteria: 

Experience (work and tasks) – 3+ years in Digital Strategy/ Digital Project Manager role.  Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google My Business and Data Studio essential. 

Skills (e.g. PC, driving) – Confident in customer facing role. PC literate using Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word + Project Management System, WordPress, use of SEO tools. Tested analytical experience (ie SEM Rush, Google Analytics). Clean driving license. 

Competencies & behaviours – Customer focused, innovative, organised, team player, strong communicator & meticulous.  Creative and commercially minded. Ambitious, driven and proactive. Ability to work under pressure to deadline. Excellent written & spoken English. 

Qualifications (academic, technical and professional)  – GCSE or equivalent in English & Math. Graduate or equivalent . Google skillshop. Facebook Blueprint 

Other – The role will require a flexible approach with regards to workload & working times. Undertake other duties when asked.
